About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join our team and serve as a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This role will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships while providing sophisticated multi-generational wealth management advice.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the complexities associated with family office clients, excellent relationship-management skills, and a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary relationship manager for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Lead the development of comprehensive wealth management strategies aligned with clients' financial objectives, values, and long-term goals.
- Coordinate with internal and external professionals, including estate attorneys, CPAs, investment managers and other specialists.
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial outcomes and proactively address needs.
- Plan, organize and lead periodic client meetings.
- Implement and monitor client estate plans and provide ongoing guidance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client's financial circumstances, priorities, and long-term objectives.
- Cultivate strong, enduring client relationships through exceptional service, responsiveness, and discretion.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, fiduciary responsibility, ethics, and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial planning, family office, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth and/or ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management strategies and estate planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage complex client relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external professionals.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- High degree of integrity, judgment, and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate effectively in a sophisticated, highly personalized client-service environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A CPA, CFP, law degree or other recognized wealth management or financial services designation is a strong plus.
- Experience managing complex multigenerational families and strong technical knowledge in wealth planning, estate planning, tax concepts, private investments, or philanthropy is highly valued.
