Job summary

Kettering Heights is seeking a dedicated STNA to provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents on a full-time shift. You will assist with daily activities, promote dignity and independence, and work alongside nurses as part of a supportive team.

We value kindness, patience, and a positive attitude, bringing comfort to residents and their families. The role offers a stable schedule with a pay rate of $18.50–$23.00 per hour and opportunities to make a meaningful difference every day.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active STNA certification.
• Demonstrated reliability and dependability in previous roles.

• Works well in a team and maintains a positive attitude.
• Treats every resident with dignity and respect.
