Babette Home Care seeks a compassionate caregiver to support seniors and people with disabilities in the Boston area. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and meaningful companionship.

Monday-Sunday schedule with a flexible, reliable presence; prior caregiving experience and strong communication skills are expected. First aid/CPR certification is preferred, and the ability to lift heavy objects is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role preferred.
• First aid and CPR certified preferred.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical.
