Scope of Work Includes:

• Hardware Maintenance Support: Comprehensive support for diverse network equipment.
• SLA-Based Service Delivery: Ensuring excellence in 24x7x4 and 8x5xNBD environments.
• Onsite & Remote Support: Handling remote diagnostics and onsite field engineering tasks.
• Spare Parts Management: Coordinating replacements and logistics for faulty components.
