Job Description

Position: Sr. WCM Developer

Duration: 6-12 Months

We are seeking a Sr. WCM Developer for a long-term position with the following responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

• Lead the technical team
• Assume responsibility for technical architecture
• Provide vision and steer technical work for timely software development
• Ensure personal and professional development of team members
• Expertise required in Teamsite and Interwoven

The team member will participate in tasks including:

• Participate in software design, development, testing, and deployment of WCM applications
• Provide development estimates, identify cross-team/system dependencies, impacts, and risks
• Develop workflows, WCM templates, and application customizations
• Administer and configure the web content management system
• Utilize custom scripts, data merge tools, and UNIX searches for data manipulation and analysis
• Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn new technical concepts
• Address day-to-day issues and inquiries
• Support the WCM System proactively
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in developing WCM applications
• 5+ years of experience with Agile Scrum methodology
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
