You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing safety and sanitation, with opportunities for commissions and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with active state license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive, outgoing, personable disposition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable with consistent attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment and team setting.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional waxing and related esthetician services to guests.
• Educate guests on our 4 Step to Gorgeous Process and product benefits.
• Demonstrate Strut 365 products and promote services.
• Promote Wax Passes and emphasize waxing consistency.
• Drive sales through referrals and pre-bookings; participate in promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards in the waxing area.
• Deliver personable guest experiences using established EWC terminology.
• Collaborate with team to exceed sales goals and participate in events.
