Reports directly to Area Manager, Wax
Mentor, OH
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and may be substituted by experience.
Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity. Able to work flexible hours with a history of dependability demonstrated by a strong attendance record. Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving. Have strong sense of urgency. Individual must be a motivated self‑starter with the ability to work independently. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co‑workers and supervisors.
Minimum of 1 year experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment. Previous casting experience is a plus. Must have experience with miscellaneous hand tools, tables, racks, boxes, safety guidelines, feeds, grinders, inspection tools, etc.
Inspect, test, sort, sample, or weigh processed, machined, fabricated, or assembled parts or products for defects, wear, and deviations from specifications. May use precision measuring instruments and complex test equipment.
