European Wax Center in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Wax Specialist to provide premium waxing services and ensure guests feel confident and comfortable. You will use our Exclusive Comfort Wax and brand products in a team-driven, professional environment.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, ongoing learning, and opportunities to grow through performance bonuses and commissions. Training is provided, with potential for advancement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist license required or in Colorado (experience preferred)
• Positive, professional, guest-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and master full-body waxing (paid training)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Team player in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience is a plus
• Flexible availability including opening, closing, and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide waxing services to guests using Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and customer care
• Educate guests on services, products, and aftercare recommendations
