Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience with wax injection or investment casting is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic understanding of production equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to identify visual defects and recognize abnormal machine conditions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Operate wax injection machines according to established work instructions and production schedules.
• Load, position, secure, and remove tooling from injection equipment.
• Verify injection parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) against specs.
• Monitor cycles to ensure consistent pattern quality.
• Inspect wax patterns for defects and report issues.
• Record production quantities and scrap accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow safety policies.
