Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Wickliffe, OH is seeking a Wax Injector Operator to manage all wax pattern production steps on a 7A-7P schedule. The role requires maintaining melting pots, preparing patterns, and ensuring die cleanliness while adhering to SOPs and safety rules.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, monitor quality, keep work areas clean, and perform other duties assigned by supervision while complying with ITAR/export controls.

Qualifications

• Meet or exceed defined Visual Acuity (when required).
• Meet color perception standards needed in performance of job requirements (when required).
• Additional training to comply with applicable SOP/Certifications (when required).

Responsibilities

• The Wax Injector Operator must be able to complete all operations and operate the equipment efficiently when making wax pattern product.
• Keep wax and soluble melting pots filled at all times.
• Clean plugs.
• Maintain quality on all patterns, solubles, gating, sprues, and sub-assemblies.
• Keep all dies clean after completing each job and stored in proper area.
• Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standards.
• Keep the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition.
• Follow procedures and all safety rules.
• Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervision.
