Job summary

Lamothermic is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team. Machine operators will be responsible for operating equipment used in the casting process and maintaining a safe and organized work enviorment.

Wage: $17/hr. Benefits include a Good Attendance Bonus, 8 paid holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation after one year, medical/dental packages, 401k after one year, safety eyewear, shoe reimbursement, and a $150 sign-on bonus after six months of continuous employment.

Qualifications

• Experience with wax injection or finishing processes and equipment is a plus, but not required. We provide all necessary training.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
