Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC in Brighton, CO seeks a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to allocate orders, release work to the warehouse floor, and balance workflow while ensuring inbound and outbound truck turn times meet standards. • Ability to train users on relevant systems and troubleshoot system problems required.

Responsibilities

• Allocate orders and release work to the warehouse floor to balance workflow and optimize productivity.
• Resolve order product shortages and manage order cuts while communicating updates to customers.
• Prioritize tasks for Lift Truck Operators and Dock Supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure dock office utilizes inbound and outbound dock optimization functionality for each receipt and order.
• Run labor reports and review with Dock Supervisors and Office Manager to monitor performance.
• Review and update base priorities, work zone assignments, product code velocity zones, and pick locations in collaboration with Operations Manager.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and safety programs and troubleshoot systems issues as needed.
• Other essential duties may be applicable and assigned as necessary.

What You'll Do

Occasional travel by automobile and airplane may be required for business purposes.
