Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Machine Operator 1 in Milwaukee, WI. You will independently operate SMT, Wave, or Conformal Coating equipment following standard procedures to meet production targets.

• Provide input on day-to-day machine operations to support workflow efficiency.
• Perform basic machine maintenance tasks to support reliable operation.
• Minimize waste during machine operation to protect materials and production efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Required Experience Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience operating equipment such as SMT, Wave, or Conformal Coating.

• Basic machine operational knowledge and ability to escape issues appropriately.
• Understanding of standard procedures and quality requirements.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel office equipment, objects, tools, or controls.

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
