Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) to advance delivery quality and staff development within its Water Business Group. You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, lead strategic planning, and partner with market sector directors and area staff to drive growth and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills; active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as Quality Control lead and technical lead for projects; align staff to meet delivery expectations and promote knowledge transfer.
• Lead or support standards and guidelines for technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency; promote forward-thinking delivery and technology adoption.
• Participate in tactical planning with HDR teams to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; assist in recruiting key positions in partnership with others.
• Work with client-facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as a lead or team member; drive industry-facing strategies.
