Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing in Austin, TX seeks a project coordinator to learn all aspects of managing single projects from scheduling to billing and client satisfaction. You will gain proficiency in field tech, drawing submittals, and safety culture while developing client and vendor relationships. A background in construction and strong MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction projects and understanding of construction documents preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and follow submittal processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and more when necessary.
• Must have valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of managing single projects: scheduling, budget, change orders, POs, billing, contracts, warranty requests and client satisfaction.
• Learn our field technology (KeyStyle, Plan Grid, etc.).
• Gain an understanding of project drawings and submittal process, including revisions.
• Attend job site meetings and assist other team members in work production.
• Learn QA/QC and safety culture.

5+ years of construction experience and/or a 4-year degree in construction or relevant field of study
