Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project scheduling, budgets, change orders, POs, contracts, and warranty requests while ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with Drafting for accurate drawings and oversee field technologies (KeyStyle, Plan Grid, QAQC, JHA).

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in project coordination for commercial construction and strong MS Office skills, with OSHA 30 and US work authorization preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Project Coordinator or similar experience in commercial construction
• 5+ years of construction including commercial waterproofing experience and/or a 4-year degree in construction or relevant field of study
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• OSHA 30 certified
• Proficient in reading construction documents

Responsibilities

• Manage projects overseeing scheduling, budget, change orders, billing, POs, contracts, warranty requests and ensuring client satisfaction
• Partner with Drafting Contact to ensure accurate drawings, including revisions
• Manage field technologies and control programs on projects (KeyStyle, Plan Grid, QAQC, JHA)
• Work with FOM and Superintendents on assigned projects
• Responsible for managing projects from handoff meeting to completion
• Promote a safe work environment for field personnel
• Complete cost/budget analysis of assigned projects
• Job production tracking to include: time, quality and material costs
• Attend job site meetings and pre-job meetings
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships
• Assisting other team members in work production
• Approve jobs for invoicing
• Job site visits and Ensure QA/QC
• Job issue resolution
• Conflict resolution
• Process submittals & RFIs
• Other tasks as may be assigned/required
