Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking Waterproofing Installers at all skill levels to join our expanding division. The role focuses on commercial waterproofing systems for building and infrastructure projects, with occasional roofing support as workload demands.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working at heights, ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts is required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
• Previous waterproofing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with kettles, melters, or heating equipment is an asset.
• Strong work ethics, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a UA/drug test & required preemployment screenings

Responsibilities

• Install waterproofing systems on commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Apply liquid, sheet, hot-applied, cold-applied, and cementitious waterproofing materials.
• Install below-grade waterproofing, air barrier systems, insulation, drainage boards, flashing, and related components.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, kettles, melters, lifts, and other jobsite equipment.
• Follow project specifications and manufacturer installation requirements.
• Utilize fall protection systems and PPE.
• Working on commercial roofing projects as needed.
