Qualifications

• 1+ year of waterproofing or general construction experience.
• Carpentry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Apply silicone and polyurethane sealants with a 20oz sausage gun (clean finish)
• Perform expansion joint control, dampproofing, and concrete repair
• Install below-grade waterproofing systems (bentonite, sheet applied, cementitious)
• Apply sheet- and fluid-applied systems — both hot and cold
• Install drainage, protection materials, and water-repellent coatings
• Support project set-up, cleanup, and site safety

What You’ll Do

• Aplicar selladores de silicona o poliuretano con pistola de 20oz (acabado limpio)
• Controlar juntas de expansión, protección contra humedad y reparación de concreto
• Instalar sistemas de impermeabilización subterráneos (bentonita, hojas aplicadas, cementicios)
• Aplicar sistemas en hoja y líquidos — en frío y en caliente
• Instalar drenajes, materiales de protección y recubrimientos repelentes al agua
• Apoyar con la preparación y limpieza del sitio, manteniendo la seguridad

Requisitos
