Qualifications

• Previous waterproofing, caulking, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to provide documentation establishing legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to travel throughout Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland.
• Must be comfortable working on scaffolding and at heights.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures year-round.
• Must be dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team.
