Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Waterpark/Recreation Attendant to join our team in Myrtle Beach. The role involves learning brand strategy, driving guest satisfaction, and coordinating events and catering services for hotel guests and clients.

Candidates should have at least a High School diploma and 3 years in hotel or conference catering/sales, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Flexible hours and weekend availability are often required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in hotel or conference catering/sales.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy.
• Drive customer loyalty and deliver service excellence.
• Solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, site tours, and inquiries.
• Coordinate events, banquet and catering services, and equipment.
• Meet with department heads to coordinate planned events.
• Ensure events run as planned and manage on-site logistics.
