ZMC Hotels in Duluth, MN, is seeking a versatile maintenance technician to care for our 35,000‑sq‑ft Waterpark, including pool maintenance, painting, plumbing and general upkeep.

You will work inside the Waterpark or at the Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub, performing high‑quality repairs and completing tasks in a timely manner.

Experience with pools and general maintenance is preferred; the role offers seasonal work and full‑time opportunities, flexible schedules, and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to lift, stand, carry tools and equipment.
• have some previous experience in pools, painting, plumbing, general maintenance.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• This position will be inside the Waterpark or outside at the Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub.
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
• Perform work in a timely manner
• There will always be something different needing to be maintained or fixed, so you will have a variety in this position.
