Job Responsibilities
- Handle and balance daily receipts, including cash, checks, credit cards, and vouchers, following all accounting and procedural standards.
- Maintain full cash drawer/bank accountability and perform POS responsibilities per company guidelines.
- Greet guests promptly, provide excellent service, and apply suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales.
- Accurately record services rendered and maintain department records.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and urgently.
- Follow all opening, running, and closing procedures, including guest walk-out protocols.
- Adhere to departmental standards for cash/check handling, safety, security, and participate in company performance programs.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to operate company equipment.
