You will perform setups, read blueprints, maintain safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and accurate production documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Basic understanding of CNC machine operation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Waterjet cutting equipment to fabricate metal components.
• Set up production jobs per schedules and program requirements.
• Load and unload raw materials using approved handling equipment.
• Read drawings and verify part dimensions.
• Monitor cut quality and machine performance.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Support Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Assist with training new operators.
