Job summary

Meyer Tool Inc in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a General Labor to support the Waterjet Department. Under the Waterjet Operations Manager, you will help expedite daily operations and ensure smooth flow of materials, parts, and assemblies in line with supervisor priorities.

The role requires ITAR compliance as a US Person, ability to multitask, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must meet ITAR definition of US Person.
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must be able to work all required hours which may include weekends.
• Must function effectively within a team environment.
• Will be required to obtain forklift certification.
• Ongoing FAA training and testing required.
• MTI is a safety sensitive manufacturer. Pre-employment FAA drug testing will be required.
• Knowledge of machining process.
• Prior facilities maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting production by loading and unloading fixtures.
• Scanning.
• Making sure fixtures are clean and ready.
• Supporting Maintenance in routine tasks.
• Internally transporting inventory as needed.
• Forklift and/or crane operation.
• Adhere to all Quality, Safety, and FAA standards.
