Applicants should have 2+ years in powersports, a high school diploma, and preferably watercraft mechanic training or brand certifications. A flexible, customer‑focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related technician experience in powersports.
• Watercraft mechanics certification or equivalent training preferred.
• Factory certifications from major brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service jet boats and personal watercraft.
• Complete warrantied repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and system troubleshooting.
• Communicate repair timelines with Service Advisor.
• Install new parts as needed and perform repairs.
