Job summary

Consolidated Supply Co. in Stanfield, Oregon, is seeking a Project Manager to represent the company and its products to customers. You will coordinate orders, quotes, deliveries, job progress, and site visits, acting as a liaison among owners, engineers, manufacturers, contractors, government agencies, and CSCO staff.

The role requires reading water works data to prepare quotes for bids, with emphasis on multitasking, deadline management, and clear verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; five years wholesale distribution sales experience or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and mechanical technical documents (plans/drawings and specifications).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, energetic, enthusiastic team member with a desire to satisfy customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between all parties involved in a project to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor customer orders, quotes, deliveries, job progress, and jobsite visits.
• Communicate frequently and in detail with owners, engineers, manufacturers, contractors, government agencies, and CSCO staff.
• Read and interpret water works data to prepare quotes for contractors or bids.
