Job summary

Kleinfelder Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Territory Manager to oversee water and wastewater facilities in the Midwest. The role focuses on business development, expansion of operations, and building strong client relationships with municipal and industrial clients.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, evaluating prospects, supporting proposals, and mentoring project managers and engineers to enhance delivery and BD capabilities across multiple offices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
  • Valid Water and/or Wastewater Operator License required; Class 2 or higher Water preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and environmental regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, technologies, equipment, operations, and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in computer applications used for data management, reporting, and operational analysis.
