Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking a Facilities Engineering & Operations Manager – Water & Wastewater Treatment to lead a multi-site team responsible for the reliable operation of treatment systems across the U.S. This role emphasizes operational excellence, OPEX reduction, and system hardening.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12+ years of experience and a degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering. Responsibilities include enhancing system reliability and ensuring regulatory compliance while mentoring engineering talent.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in industrial water/wastewater engineering and operations.
• Demonstrated success in system hardening, brownfield optimization, and cost reduction.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site team of engineers for the reliability and operation of water systems.
• Drive operational excellence and OPEX reduction across U.S. facilities.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and state regulatory requirements.
