Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 6–10 years of construction management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from preconstruction to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project planning, execution and closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, cash flow projections, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Monitor safety, quality and project performance.
• Oversee risk, change orders and dispute resolution.
