Job summary

Software Resources is seeking a Project Manager (Water & Wastewater) in Barnstable, MA to lead day-to-day project execution, controls, cost, risk and business management. You will coordinate internal teams, trade partners and clients through construction, startup and turnover.

Reports to the Project Executive and collaborates with all project team members. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and financial oversight skills, with experience in water/wastewater projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction or related field; min 5 years PM experience.
• Water and/or wastewater treatment center experience.
• Proficient in Procore or similar project software.
• Experience with Primavera or similar scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• OSHA 30 Certification; LEED/Lean/CPR/First Aid a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the planning and scheduling of projects.
• Financial management of projects, including owner pay applications and cost oversight.
• Complete project buy-out and procurement; issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Prepare reports and cost & revenue projections.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve operational issues with the superintendent.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, owner, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Lead project meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with BIM, Scheduling, MEP, and Estimating departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety goals.
