Job summary

Veolia North America seeks a Project Leader to manage the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects. You will ensure alignment with objectives, deliver within budget, and communicate with stakeholders to maintain momentum and transparency.

Lead a diverse team, instill safety and environmental compliance, and drive continuous improvement while managing client contracts and project finances across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 6 years of leadership experience, 4 of which leading project teams.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to manage budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide a project team toward defined goals and timelines.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery within budget and schedule.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders; maintain alignment.
• Manage safety culture, compliance, and site-specific procedures.
• Oversee procurement, cost control, and contract management.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure scope, quality, and outcomes.
