Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) seeks a professional engineer with deep experience in water and wastewater treatment design, construction management, and retail wastewater planning. The Senior Project Engineer will oversee complex projects, potentially multi-project portfolios, and lead teams to successful, timely outcomes.

The role requires strong technical reporting, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to develop cost estimates and funding strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering with civil, electrical, water resources, or environmental emphasis.
• Licensed Texas Professional Engineer.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects with scoping, scheduling, coordination and monitoring.
• Develop water and wastewater infrastructure projects of varying size and complexity.
• Lead project teams to ensure timely completion and optimal results.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on complex problems.
