A leading infrastructure consulting firm in Santa Barbara, California, is in need of a Practice Area Lead for Water/Wastewater. This leadership role requires a minimum of 10 years of design experience, P&L accountability, and strong capabilities in business development and client management. The ideal candidate will strategically lead growth initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure project excellence. This position comes with competitive compensation ranging from $200,000 to $270,000 annually, along with robust benefits including education reimbursement and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater design.
• Proven success in P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated track record of business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for the W/WW vertical.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Leads.
• Oversee annual business plan/budget for the W/WW vertical.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Provide leadership and oversight of all project delivery.
