Job summary

HDR is seeking a motivated Water/Wastewater student or early-career engineer in San Antonio, TX. The role offers exposure to real-world projects and direct mentorship under professionals and project managers.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and basic MS Office capabilities. This temporary, full-time position emphasizes an employee-owned culture and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry.
