Job Title: Wastewater Project Manager - P.E.
Location: Multiple Locatons Across the US
Salary: Up to $190,000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Wastewater Project Manager to join our clients' teams. As a key player, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading firms in the industry and contribute to the development of sustainable water solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of wastewater infrastructure projects, from initial concept through project completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of design drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Ensure all projects comply with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project status.
- Assist in business development activities, including preparing proposals and participating in client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing wastewater treatment or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, infrastructure design, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in design-build or alternative project delivery methods.
- Familiarity with environmental permitting processes.
- Business development or client relationship management experience.
