ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a Summer 2027 Water/Wastewater Intern in Fayetteville, AR.

This full-time internship within a regional engineering firm provides hands-on experience supporting civil and structural projects in a multidisciplinary team. You will optimize CAD design practices, create and prepare detailed plans and scale drawings, produce drawings per company standards and client preferences, and revise plans based on feedback while communicating effectively with engineers and

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (BS) program from an accredited Engineering Program.
Experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy.

Responsibilities

Optimize “best practices” for CAD design.
Create and prepare detailed plans and/or scale drawings for civil engineering and structural engineering projects.
Produce drawings in accordance with company CAD standards, specific project requirements and client preferences.
Revise plans per redlines or review comments and communicate with engineer and/or project manager as needed.
Open to learning and embracing new technologies to complete tasks related to job or assignment.
Effectively communicate with all team members.
