Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• EIT certification preferred / actively pursuing licensure as WA or ID PE.
• 2–4+ years in water/wastewater or public‑works design.
• Exposure to computer modeling (pressurized/gravity networks) helpful.
• Familiar with local land‑use codes and permitting processes advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with mentors and senior engineers on diverse public‑works projects.
• Assist in client communications, project coordination, and team collaboration.
• Develop and enhance modeling, design, and construction skills.
• Contribute to safe, resilient, and community‑impactful solutions.
