Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a seasoned Senior Design-Build Project Manager to lead the South Region Water team’s programs. In this role, you will oversee multi-discipline teams from concept through construction, coordinating with clients, leaders, and stakeholders to deliver large-scale water, wastewater, and environmental facilities.

You will be active in pursuit efforts, manage budgets and schedules, and promote design-build best practices, including constructability reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months after hire.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between design and construction leadership.
• Manage multi-discipline water/wastewater/conveyance and environmental projects up to the $100M+ range.
• Build and manage relationships with major municipal clients in the South Region.
• Lead pursuit and project delivery teams; coordinate with technical specialists and vendors.
• Assist with GMP documents and monitor project budgets and schedules.
