A leading water and wastewater construction firm in Southern California is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee critical infrastructure projects. The role requires extensive experience in managing municipal infrastructure and a strong background in client-facing responsibilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical or electrical), construction management, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience managing municipal water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects.
• 8+ years of management experience in client interface and business development.
• CCM or PMP required, or willingness to gain within 12 months.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction and negotiations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee water and wastewater construction projects from start to finish.
• Interface with clients and regulatory agencies for project execution.
• Monitor project budget and schedule.
• Provide oversight on construction management and quality assurance.
• Authorize purchase requisitions and change requests.
