Job summary

Clark Water seeks a Construction Executive to lead field operations on the project, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality. You will supervise both self-performed and contracted work, manage budgets, and drive client relationships while aligning with contract documents and KPIs.

The role requires a strong background in large civil or water/wastewater projects, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead a high-performing team on-site across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience working on water/wastewater treatment projects.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes including scheduling, contract administration, equipment and personnel.
• Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans to diverse stakeholders.
• OSHA-safe work practices and building regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise timely and cost-effective installation of contracted work on the project or multiple projects.
• Implement safety programs and conduct safety inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster a safety- and quality-focused culture among Clark employees and subcontractors.
• Plan work sequencing, manage site logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Maintain high quality aligned with project and company standards.
• Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to align on project schedule and recovery plans.
• Develop and mentor team members to build a high-performing unit.
• Cultivate client relationships and manage executive-level communications.
• Participate in closeout activities including punch lists and building operations training.
