Job summary

Luck Companies is seeking a Water Truck Operator / Bin Truck Operator for the Goose Creek Plant in Virginia. You will safely navigate quarry roads, load and unload rock, and assist with on-site maintenance as needed. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency on heavy equipment.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, reporting issues, and performing maintenance while supporting plant operations. A strong emphasis on keeping the site clean and organized is expected at shift end.

Qualifications

• Experience in quarry or large construction environment preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance experience is a plus.
• Team oriented with a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pre-shift and post-shift inspection of the vehicle.
• Identify and report road and equipment issues.
• Operate heavy equipment with proper loading and dumping techniques.
• Ensure vehicle receives proper maintenance.
• Assist with plant maintenance when not operating the truck.
• May operate Water Truck or Haul Truck if needed.
• Prioritize safety on site for self and others.
• Aide coworkers to keep the site clean and organized at shift end.
