Job summary

The Walsh Group is hiring a Water Truck Driver for the TSENC/I-26 Downtown Connector project in Asheville, NC. You will operate a water truck (three tons minimum capacity) to transport water around the jobsite and support various construction activities.

Qualified candidates should have a CDL and 3–5 years of truck driving experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. Company offers training and career advancement opportunities across divisions.

OVERVIEW

(Archer Wright JV) is currently seeking a Water Truck Driver for the (TSENC/ I-26 Downtown Connector) , in (Asheville, NC) .

The Water Truck Driver will drive a Water Truck with a capacity of at least three tons to transport water as needed around the jobsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operates truck to move and/or transport water as required by jobsite


• Must have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials


• May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment


• May perform other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires commercial driver's license (CDL)


• 3-5 years of truck driving experience preferred


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions


• Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly


• Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn


• Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods


• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

CALIFICACIONES

• 3-5 años de experiencia en conducción de camiones preferido


• Requiere una licencia de conducir comercial (CDL)


• Debe poder levantar hasta 50 libras; puede ser requerido para trabajar en varias condiciones climáticas
