Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment preferred.
• 1-2+ years of residential service and/or install experience preferred.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water heaters and tankless water heaters.
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair residential water treatment equipment.
• Prepare written recommendations for clients using Service Titan.
• Adhere to safety policies and generate customer invoices.
