Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to service residential and commercial water treatment systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain water softeners, RO machines, and filtration equipment, with a focus on customer service and on-site problem solving.

Expect to work 6AM–6PM hours on a Monday–Friday shift, with potential overtime. A valid IL driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to pass a DOT physical are required.

Qualifications

• Previous water treatment experience required or preferred.
• Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of hydronic, electrical and mechanical equipment—“how things work”.
• Ability to move and lift up to 185 lbs.
• 1+ year in a customer service role.
• Valid IL driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must pass DOT physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner.
• Service, install and repair commercial and industrial water treatment equipment.
• Maintain professional attitude within accounts with all customers.
• Promote and sell other Culligan products and services.
