Kel Tren WaterCare in Central New Jersey & Bucks County area is seeking a self-motivated on-the-road sales specialist to conduct in-home consultations, educate customers on water treatment options, and help families choose the best solutions.

You will drive growth with an uncapped commission, a base pay, and a company vehicle, while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in-home or direct sales is preferred.
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach and ability to earn trust.
• Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to a dynamic field role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for a road-based position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess water quality needs.
• Educate customers on water treatment options and help select best solutions.
