Job summary

Solenis LLC in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Water Treatment Sales Representative to expand relationships with industrial customers and drive solutions that optimize water systems. You’ll train in testing, propose value-driven solutions, and grow both new and existing accounts, while collaborating with our technical team.

The role requires field travel, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset; base salary plus uncapped commission, full benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (technical sales a plus, but we train everything you need!).
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers solve real problems.
• Comfortable traveling within your territory.
• Self-driven, organized, and curious learning about the world of water treatment.
• Valid driver's license.
