Job summary

MSA Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Engineering (Water Treatment/Potable Water) in St. Paul, MN.

This full-time, salaried role offers hybrid eligibility and flex time. You will lead comprehensive drinking water projects from planning through construction, guiding teams and interfacing with clients and stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring a PE license and a minimum of six years’ relevant experience, with strong budgeting, presentation and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 6+ years of relevant project experience.
• US work authorization; no sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Mentor technical staff on project teams.
• QA/QC drinking water projects to ensure quality.
• Project scoping and budgeting for water projects.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, manufacturers and the public.
• Present at public forums and conferences.
