Job summary

i-80 Gold Corp is seeking a Water Treatment Plant Operator at the Granite Creek Mine in Golconda, NV. This role focuses on safe, efficient operation of water treatment processes, heavy equipment operation, and routine testing to meet production targets.

You will monitor pumps, valves, and reagent flows, document logs, mentor new hires, and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more unit processes to target operating results.
• Monitor equipment performance and reagent, water and/or slurry flow rates.
• Train and mentor new hires; promote safety and environmental awareness.
• Coordinate with maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Maintain logs and reports; uphold housekeeping standards.
