Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivatedWater Treatment Operatorto join our field services team in Colorado. Thisroute-based positioninvolves traveling to multiple customer locations across the state to perform routine operation, monitoring, maintenance, and repair of water and wastewater treatment systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in various environmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor water and/or wastewater treatment systems at various client locations
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on treatment equipment
  • Collect water samples and conduct field testing for quality control and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate logs, service reports, and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
  • Respond to customer service needs and system alarms in a timely manner
  • Ensure safe and compliant handling of chemicals and materials
  • Travel regularly throughout Colorado, with overnight stays as needed
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in water/wastewater operations, plumbing, or a related technical field

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with physical labor, working outdoors in varied weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Colorado (company vehicle provided)
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $24.00 – $32.00 / Hour
