Job summary

Culligan Water of Salem is hiring a Water Treatment Installer/Service Technician to install, repair, upgrade, and maintain Culligan equipment in homes and businesses. You will work on water softeners, drinking water systems, and treatment solutions to ensure safe, clean water for customers.

The role requires physical lifting, teamwork, strong communication, and accuracy in paperwork. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance within a growing water-treatment environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to lift/move 50-75 lbs and handle physical tasks daily.
• Overtime availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, upgrading, and maintaining equipment.
• Completing paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment to ensure proper function.
• Clean work areas and protect surroundings during service.
• Collaborate with team to optimize treatment processes.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
